Terms of Service

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rimotehr, or any affiliated services (the "Platforms") provided by Rimotehands Global Ltd ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Platforms on behalf of an organization (e.g., a school or a business), you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2The Services

• 2.1. "As-Is" Provision: The Platforms are currently provided on a "Free" basis. We provide these services "as-is" and "as-available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• 2.2. Service Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platforms at any time, with or without notice.
• 2.3. Premium Features: While the core functionality is free, we reserve the right to introduce paid modules, convenience fees for financial transactions, or storage limits in the future.

3User Accounts and Responsibilities

• 3.1. Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• 3.2. Acceptable Use: You agree not to:
  • Use the Platforms for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to hack, decompile, or disrupt the performance of our servers.
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or "bots" to the Platforms.
  • Scrape or harvest data from other users.
• 3.3. Admin Responsibility: For Skolacloud and Rimotehr, the account administrator is responsible for the actions of their invited staff, teachers, or employees.

4Data and Content

• 4.1. Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the data you upload (Student records, Employee files, etc.).
• 4.2. License to Host: You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, backup, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
• 4.3. Data Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data entered into the Platforms (e.g., tax calculations, school grades, or payroll amounts). Rimotehands Global Ltd is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect user input.

5Financial Transactions

• 5.1. Third-Party Processors: Payments made through the Platforms (e.g., school fees) are handled by third-party payment gateways. We are not responsible for failures or disputes originating within the third-party payment provider’s system.
• 5.2. Convenience Fees: You acknowledge that a transaction fee may be applied to payments processed via the Platforms to cover administrative and infrastructure costs.

6Limitation of Liability

7Termination

• 7.1. By User: You may stop using the Platforms at any time. You are responsible for exporting your data prior to closing your account.
• 7.2. By Company: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms or if the platform is discontinued.

8Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
